Weekly Meditation & Modern Buddhism Classes in Virginia

Keajra Kadampa Buddhist Center is a non-profit Buddhist meditation Center in Hampton Roads, VA.  A Center of Modern Buddhism and Meditation, a Member of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Union of Kadampa Buddhists. In addition to our weekly meditation classes, we also offer special events, workshops, and meditation retreats around particular aspects of meditation and Buddhism.  Upcoming events:
