When it comes to having difficult conversations, some of us avoid conflict and some of us speak too quickly. Generally neither approach is successful.  In the first case, the problem continues to fester and in the second, the problem gets worse.  What if you retaliate; what if I offend you; what if I know you’re not going to like what I have to say?

We will never have deep and satisfying relationships unless we learn to communicate skillfully.  Although Buddha taught 2,600 years ago, his advice is thoroughly modern and can solve all our problems.

Join us for our six-week series with Annie Templin and Craig Nichol to learn how we can all use the difficulties in our lives as doorways to meaningful conversations and opportunities to grow.

Our General Program six week series “How to Have Difficult Conversations” begins on Thursday, January 21st at 7 pm.  Most classes are less than one hour.  The link to each class will be e-mailed to you the day of the class and will remain active for five days to allow you to view at your convenience.   You can attend individual sessions or the entire series.  The content is suitable for everyone!
