Why Meditate? If we don’t really know why ,we most likely won’t meditate or easily lose interest. Yet the benefits of meditation are exactly consistent with our wish to free our mind from the mental pain of stress , worry , anxiety, fear and dis-ease.

So what is meditation?
Meditation is a way to calming the mind, making us more peaceful, balanced and focused in our daily life ( our studies, work, our relationships). Ultimately, it enables us to awaken our inner positive potential , and helps us develop and find lasting joy and contentment.

Come discover the basics of meditation, and bring balance, peace and clarity into your life. Experience freedom from stress and gain the ability to cope with daily challenges. Buddhist meditation has been used for centuries to help people develop balanced, peaceful and positive states of mind. Learn how to get started, and how to set up a personal meditation practice that really supports you. Bring a Friend !

This Half-day course is the perfect start to the weekend and offers insight unto how we can begin to live our life in a much lighter and informed way.
