with American Buddhist nun, Kelsang Kalden
Saturday, February 20, 1pm – 4pm in Richmond, VA
By dwelling on difficulties from the past we create unhappiness for ourself and others. In this workshop we learn to let go of what is already gone and move in a direction of healthy loving relationships and a peaceful happy life.
Cost: $25 / $20 if RSVP received before Thursday Jan 21 / Seniors 62+ / Full-Time Students / Unemployed
