Freedom From Painful Emotions

Starting week January 28th – March 24th

Buddhist teachings explain that our suffering comes about due to uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as delusions.

Each week we will focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them – desirous attachment ,anger, deluded pride, jealousy, miserliness and self- esteem.  Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us skill to be the person we wish to be – positive, joyful , confident and loving.

Everyone is welcome to one class or the entire series. You don’t have to be a Buddhist or have any experience. Each week includes Guided meditation, talk, discussion & questions.

Keajra Kadampa Buddhist Center is a not-for-profit organization, 100% run and operated by volunteers.
